2024-2025 STUDENT ENROLLMENT

Tenaha ISD registration is ONLINE ONLY for the 2024-2025 School Year.
If possible: Use MOZILLA FIREFOX BROWSER to access the portal.

Registration will have THREE PARTS:

1) PARENT PORTAL

2) WEB FORMS

3) REQUIRED DOCUMENTS


PART 1: PARENT PORTAL 

Click the button below for the Parent Portal login.

  • If you have a parent portal account, sign in and begin registration for one of the students linked to your account. Click continue and progress through the registration forms. 

    • IMPORTANT: Click "save" before continuing to the next or previous page.
      If you do not do this, your registration will be rejected, and you will be asked to go back and click “save” on those pages.

  • If you DO NOT have a parent portal account because you are NEW or you have not yet accessed the portal, click "create new account" and continue through the set up process including verifying your email address. Use the email address you have listed previously on the paper packets.

  • If you do not have your student’s Portal ID number, contact the elementary or high school office from 8:30am-1:30pm or email: studentregistration@tenahaisd.com

PART 2: FILLABLE FORMS ON TISD WEBSITE

  • Select either New Student Enrollment or Returning Student Enrollment

  • Open the link for the fillable forms (English and Spanish versions available)

    • If you live outside of Tenaha ISD, also submit the Transfer Application.

Fill in all forms and attach your digital signature to the documents before hitting “Submit”. 

PART 3:  REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

The following documents must be on file for all students:

Student:

  • Birth Certificate

  • Social Security Card

  • Immunization/Shot Record or Affidavit waiving immunizations

Parent:

  • Driver License/ID

  • Proof of Residency (Ex: Utility bill showing physical address)

Returning students should only need the updated parent documents.

You may bring copies to the school office or bring originals and we will make copies for you.  

You may also email photos of required documents to this email address:

Please make sure photos are taken on a flat surface, in focus, and limit one document per photo. You may attach multiple files to your return email.
